We work with homeowners, tenants, landlords, letting agents and Airbnb hosts. Some want a fortnightly reset so the weekend stays theirs. Some need a property guest-ready in a three-hour window. Whichever it is, you get the same standard and the same care.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. Regular cleans start at a 2-hour minimum booking at £45, with additional time charged at £20 per hour. It gives us enough time to do the job properly rather than rushing it.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Altrincham, Sale, Hale, Bowdon, Trafford, Manchester, Warrington and the surrounding Cheshire area. If you are just outside that, it is still worth asking, particularly for regular bookings or larger jobs.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Lather & Mop Co. is a licensed business and fully insured, so you are covered for the work we carry out in your home or premises. If you would like to see the paperwork before you book, just ask and we will send it across.
How is a deep clean priced?
Deep cleans are priced per room, from £35 for a studio, £70 for 2–3 rooms and £120 for 4–5 rooms. Properties with 6+ rooms are quoted individually. The final price depends on the condition of the property, the number of bathrooms, the kitchen level and how much build-up there is.
What's included in an Airbnb turnover?
A full reset and presentation of the property, bathroom sanitisation, kitchen refresh, linen change where linen is provided, and guest-ready finishing touches. Turnovers start at £45 for a studio or 1-bed.
Can I add an oven or fridge clean to my booking?
Absolutely. Popular add-ons are an oven clean from £40, fridge deep clean at £25, internal blinds from £25, inside windows from £20 and a microwave deep clean at £15. More add-ons are available on request, so just mention it when you book.
What happens if I need to cancel?
With 24 hours' notice or more there's a £15 admin fee. Same-day cancellations are charged at 50% of the booking value. We know things come up, so please give us as much notice as you can.
Do you cover end of tenancy cleans?
Yes. End of tenancy work is quoted as a deep clean and priced per room, so the figure reflects the size and condition of the property. Send photos or a quick description and we'll come back with a price.
